Q: What are your office opening hours?
A: We are open from Monday to Thursday 10am until 5pm to answer calls and reply to emails. Outside of these hours
feel free to leave a voice mail on the answerphone or drop us an email. All messages are
replied to upon us returning to the office.
Q: I've called but had no answer or I've emailed but had no reply: A: It could be that we are closed (see above question) , are on holiday or we are busy dealing with a customer, please bear with us. We aim to respond to all emails/return all calls within 2 working days.
Q: Do you sell parts? A: We don't currently have an online shop, but if there is a specific part you are after, feel free to drop us an email. Q: Do you still rebuild/supply reconditioned engines? A: I'm afraid not, Sam is our only mechanic and there's simply not time for him to do big jobs like this alongside the servicing and repairs he already carries out.
Q: Do you use genuine Smart parts? A: Yes. All of our service items are genuine smart parts. For repairs, we typically use genuine smart parts, however should you require lower cost parts we may be able to source them for you. Q: Can you supply and fit a cruise control to my smart fortwo 451? A: No, I'm afraid not.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Cash, Cheque, or Bank Transfer.
Q: Can you MOT my smart? A: Being a mobile business, we cannot MOT your car and due to time constraints we cannot take your car for an MOT elsewhere.
Q: My key is broken, and it's not the battery, can you fix it? A: Yes, recoding is £45 (up to 3 keys) and all keys (and car) need to be present as the teach-in process deletes previously coded keys. (Call out and distance surcharges may apply)
Q: How long does a service take? A: Typically an A service would take just over 1 hour, and a B service would take around 2 hours, although we would ask that you allow a little longer as we don't like to rush.
Q: Where can you work on my car? A: We can work on your car at your home, for example on your driveway, or at your place of work for example in the carpark. All that we ask is that you get permission from the relevant person.
